Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at kim@knottyandboard.com if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.
Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift message option?
Yes! Before checking out please do a search for GIFT WRAP and add that to your cart. We will put your small items in a white gift bag with tissue or wrap the item in white paper if it's in a box. We have blac, tan, burgundy, blush or navy ribbon & tissue for you to select. We'd love to help make your gift extra special.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping generally takes 5–7 business days after fulfillment. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to track your package directly with the carrier.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at kim@knottyandboard.com within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit on eligible items within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Sale items are not eligible for return. Food, drink mixes & jewelry are all final sale
How do I start a return?
Email us at kim@knottyandboard.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we're happy to help with exchanges based on availability & you will cover shipping costs. Contact us and we'll find the best solution for you.
